- If Ridotech is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a duplicate payment has been made due to a technical error.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom website development (once the project has started).
- Digital marketing campaigns (once the campaign has been launched).
- Search engine optimization (SEO) services.
- Graphic design and branding services.
- Domain registration, hosting, and SSL certificates.
- Any third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Project Cancellation Policy
- If a client wishes to cancel a project before commencement, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun but before completion, only unused work hours may be refunded at our discretion.
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects.
